We carefully select Hom Mali Rice kernels from the finest cultivated areas in the north of Thailand. We also do DNA testing for to ensure it is 100% Hom Mali Rice. The kernels are milled through standard processes, leading to the highest quality. After processing, it is stored controlling for humidity and temperature where we are able to maintain the quality and nutrition of the rice for delivery to our customers.
