Cargo Rice or Brown Rice is whole-grain rice that does not go through the process of milling and polishing. Therefore, the outermost layer, the hull of the rice kernels, is removed, while the bran layer and germ remains. This allows Cargo Rice to retain various beneficial nutrients such as calcium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, B3, and high fiber.

 

Our Cargo Rice is milled through standard processes, leading to a high-quality product. The rice, ready for delivery to our customers, is then stored in a humidity and temperature-controlled area, to maintain its quality and nutrition.
